  • Shipping Information

    We ship worldwide. Please note we are currently experiencing a large volume of orders be advised that orders will be processed within approximately 2 - 3 business days.

    The shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping cost based on your zip code.

    Once the order is shipped you will receive a notification email containing courier details and tracking number.

    We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that HouseofLuxBoutique cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

    *International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. 

    Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit

  • Standard Free shipping on all orders over $75 Requires 2 Weeks for delivery after receipt of Purchase. 
  • We use USPS only for Priority shipping. Items are shipped out after receipt of purchase and my take 5-8 Business Days to receive items. Items with Priority Shipping will arrive much sooner.  Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. 


Tracking Information

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it. 


Lost/Stolen Packages

Houseofluxboutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
Please note: Houseofluxboutique is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 14 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Houseofluxboutique and cannot be refunded or resent.
